Refund and Returns Policy
All items sold by Puffgoods are Final Sale. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged in transit or has a major manufacturing defect, please contact us at puffgoods.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. After verification we will resend a brand-new genuine item at no extra charge, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
