Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Tracked (Express Courier):
    • Dispatch: a tracking number is issued within 48 hours after the order is placed.
    • Estimated delivery: 4 – 5 business days.
    • Orders under AUD $80: a flat AUD $9.95 shipping fee applies.
    • Orders of AUD $80 or more: FREE shipping on the entire order.

2. Order Processing & Tracking

  • 48-hour dispatch guarantee: a shipment tracking number is issued within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Tracking email: the system automatically sends an email containing the tracking number and the courier’s tracking link, so you can follow your parcel in real time.
  • Delivery time: parcels are delivered within 4 – 5 business days from pickup.

3. Delivery & Acceptance

Please double-check your house number, apartment/unit and contact details before placing your order. If the courier cannot deliver and there is no safe place to leave the parcel, a notification card will be left so you can collect it from your nearest collection point.

4. Final Sale / No Returns Policy

  • No change-of-mind returns: all items sold are Final Sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
  • Transit damage & major defects protection: in accordance with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), if an item arrives damaged in transit or has a major manufacturing defect, please contact us at puffgoods.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of signing for delivery with supporting evidence. After verification we will resend a brand-new genuine item at no extra charge.
